At Sun Meadow Appenzellers, we prioritize the well-being and happiness of our puppies by ensuring they are placed in loving homes where they can truly become part of a family. Rest assured, any information you provide will remain strictly confidential and will only be used to understand you and your environment better.


Before your complete this application form, please note: 

  1. Due to the colour genetics of our current breeding dogs, we will not have havana tri-colour puppies available in the foreseeable future.

  2. Due to the current CDC import/export regulation changes prohibiting puppies under 6 months of age from entering the US, we are unable to provide US residents with puppies younger than six (6) months old. .
